What to Expect During a Consultation

Your first visit is very important and I am focused on helping you feel as comfortable and informed as possible. Below is information that will help you understand my process and how you can prepare so that I can best serve you.

  • During the initial appointment we take the time to get to know you; your family history, medical history, symptoms, weight and dieting history, and your feelings about food and your body. We review your food preferences, likes, dislikes, schedule, knowledge and skills to help you and us begin to develop a picture of your overall health and diet. Initial Consultations typically last 60-90mins.
  • After your initial consultation, we may recommend follow-up tests to help determine the amounts, types and timing of foods or other supplements that your body may need.
  • Follow-up services include: in-person follow-up consultations, food log reviews, and other individualized services based on your personal needs.
